How We Spread The Gospel
Gateway Ministries spreads the Gospel by responding to one of the most extraordinary spiritual movements in the Muslim world today. Over the past several decades, it is widely believed that tens of millions of Muslims have chosen to follow Jesus—far more than in the previous 1,400 years since the rise of Islam. A striking common thread in many of these conversions is a vivid dream or vision of Jesus, often described as “the man in white.” Field workers report that dreams play a significant role in the journey to faith for an estimated 30% to 90% of Muslim converts.
Yet the vast majority of unreached Muslims face an enormous barrier: more than 85% do not know a single follower of Christ, and most have no access to a Bible or Gospel resources. Many who experience these dreams are left with deep spiritual questions and nowhere to turn. Gateway Ministries meets them at this critical moment. We place culturally sensitive digital ads in unreached regions asking, “Have you dreamed of a man in white?” Respondents share their dreams and questions, and we reply with thoughtful engagement, a clear presentation of the Gospel, and an invitation to ongoing conversation. We connect seekers with local believers when possible, direct them to our website for Gospel resources, Bible downloads, and videos, and enroll them in follow-up email journeys that repeatedly present the Gospel and invite them into Discovery Bible Studies and discipleship.
To date, we have responded to more than 4,000 dreams from unreached Muslims in Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon, Tunisia, and Mauritania. We hope to expand this work through a partnership with Favor International, extending Gospel access into Uganda, South Sudan, and Chad. Through local radio outreach and on-the-ground follow-up, we hope to ensure that those awakened by dreams of Jesus are given a clear opportunity to hear the Gospel, respond in faith, and begin a journey of discipleship.

Statement of Faith
1. The Scriptures
We believe the Holy Bible, consisting of the Old and New Testaments, is the inspired Word of God, fully trustworthy and authoritative in all matters of faith and conduct. The Scriptures were written by human authors under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit and are the supreme and final authority for Christian belief and practice.
2. The One True God
We believe in one God, eternally existing in three Persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. God is holy, loving, sovereign, and worthy of all worship. He is the Creator and Sustainer of all things, and He actively rules over His creation.
3. Jesus Christ
We believe in Jesus Christ, the eternal Son of God, who was conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of the virgin Mary. He lived a sinless life, performed mighty works, taught with divine authority, and willingly gave His life as a substitutionary sacrifice for sin. He was crucified, buried, and bodily raised from the dead on the third day. He ascended into heaven and now reigns at the right hand of the Father and will return again in power and glory.
4. The Holy Spirit
We believe in the Holy Spirit, who proceeds from the Father and the Son. The Holy Spirit convicts the world of sin, regenerates those who repent and believe, indwells every believer, and empowers them for godly living and service. The Spirit continues to work in the church today, distributing gifts according to His will for the building up of the body of Christ and the fulfillment of God’s mission.
5. Humanity and Sin
We believe that all people are created in the image of God and therefore possess inherent dignity and worth. Through Adam’s sin, humanity fell, and as a result all people are born with a sinful nature and are separated from God, unable to save themselves.

6. Salvation
We believe that salvation is by grace alone, through faith alone, in Jesus Christ alone. Salvation is not the result of human effort or works, but a gift of God. Through repentance and faith in Christ, a person is forgiven, justified, adopted into God’s family, and given eternal life.
7. The Church
We believe in the universal Church, the body of Christ, made up of all believers. The Church exists to worship God, proclaim the gospel, make disciples, love one another, and serve the world. We affirm the importance of local churches as the primary context for Christian fellowship, teaching, and mission. We believe it is the mandate of every believer, as facilitated and equipped by the local church, to be a disciple who makes disciples in obedience to the Great Commission of Jesus Christ.
8. Christian Living
We believe that believers are called to live lives of obedience, holiness, love, humility, and compassion through the power of the Holy Spirit. Good works are the fruit of salvation, not the means of earning it, and are done for the glory of God and the good of others.
9. The Last Things
We believe in the bodily resurrection of both the saved and the lost. Those who are redeemed through faith in Jesus Christ will enjoy eternal life with God, while those who reject Him will experience eternal separation from God. Jesus Christ will return to judge the living and the dead and to establish the fullness of His kingdom.
